names.center is operated by Mustafa Bilgic, a sole operator based in Türkiye. "We", "us" and "our" refer to that operator throughout these terms.
names.center lists websites and domain names for direct sale, publishes guides about domains and website investing, and offers website development services. There are no user accounts, no auctions, no bidding and no commission fees.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.
After the domain and files are transferred, we help you move the site to your own hosting: DNS changes, file deployment and basic server configuration. The period of this help is agreed in writing before payment. It does not cover redesign, new features or ongoing maintenance.
Because purchases go through Escrow.com, the escrow inspection period is your protection window. If the domain or files cannot be delivered as described before you confirm receipt in escrow, the transaction can be cancelled and the purchase price returned to you under Escrow.com's dispute rules.
Once you confirm receipt in escrow and funds are released, the sale is final. For more detail, see our refund policy.
The revenue and traffic figures shown on listings come from the Adsterra publisher dashboard (USD), Google AdSense gross reports, and server access logs. We describe our measurement methods on the revenue verification page. We present these figures honestly, but we do not guarantee their accuracy to the last digit. You have the opportunity to verify them before completing a purchase.
When you buy a website, you receive the files and the domain. If the site contains third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock images), their original licenses apply. We will tell you what third-party assets a site uses before the sale.
The guides, calculators and blog posts on names.center are for general information. They are not legal, financial or investment advice. Numbers may go out of date. Use them as a starting point, not as a sole basis for decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost traffic or lost business opportunities.
If a dispute arises, we will try to resolve it by correspondence first, and through Escrow.com's dispute process for anything that happens during an escrow transaction.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Purchases are subject to the terms in effect at the time of the purchase.
