1. Who we are

names.center is operated by Mustafa Bilgic, a sole operator based in Türkiye. Questions about this policy: contact form.

2. What data we collect

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the interest category you select, and your message. This data is sent to the operator by email via formsubmit.co. We use it only to reply to your inquiry and, if you make a purchase, to manage the transaction. We do not sell contact form data to anyone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-FSLZD54DGZ) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, device type, country and referral source. Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser (see our cookie policy). You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

Guide pages on names.center display ads served by the Adsterra network. Adsterra may use cookies to measure ad performance and to serve ads relevant to your interests. names.center does not run Google AdSense or any other ad network on this domain.

Server logs

Our web server and Cloudflare CDN record standard access logs: IP address, URL requested, timestamp, user agent, referrer and HTTP status code. These logs are used for security monitoring and for counting search visits shown on listings. Raw access logs are rotated daily and normally kept for 7 days; only aggregated visit counts, without IP addresses, are kept longer.

4. How we share data

We share data only with:

• formsubmit.co: processes contact form submissions.
• Google (Analytics): receives analytics data as described above.
• Adsterra: advertising network on guide pages.
• Escrow.com: if you make a purchase, we share the information needed to set up the escrow transaction (name, email).
• Law enforcement: if required by law or a valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Use the contact form. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

6. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Data security

The site is served over HTTPS. We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and TLS termination. Contact form data is transmitted via formsubmit.co over HTTPS.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page will change.
