How refunds work

All website and domain purchases on names.center go through Escrow.com. The escrow inspection period is your protection window.

Before you confirm receipt in escrow

If the domain name, site files or other assets cannot be delivered as described, you can open a dispute through Escrow.com and the purchase price is returned to you under Escrow.com's dispute rules. Common reasons:

• The domain cannot be transferred to your registrar account.
• The site files are materially different from what was described.
• Revenue or traffic figures were materially misrepresented and you raised the issue during the inspection period.

After you confirm receipt

Once you confirm receipt in Escrow.com and funds are released to the seller, the sale is final. We cannot reverse a completed escrow transaction.

Website development projects

For website builds ordered through the development service, refund terms are agreed in the project quote before work begins.

What is not refundable

• Change of mind after confirming receipt in escrow.
• Future changes in traffic, revenue or search rankings.
• Third-party fees (escrow fees, registrar transfer fees).
